Nollywood actor, Chinedu Ikedieze, also known as Aki, has joined the popular TikTok challenge, ‘Desperate Chicks’, sparking a mix of reactions from fans.

In a video posted on his Instagram page, he showed his acting skills by dressing as a woman while performing a humorous dance step

The video, which has garnered significant attention, features Aki’s convincing portrayal of a desperate character, complete with exaggerated expressions while chewing gum.

Captioning the post, Aki wrote:

When Olosho jam better customer 🤣🤣”.

His performance garnered a lot of attention and humorous reactions from fans and fellow actors who flooded the comment section with positive feedback and compliments.

The actor had earlier opened up on how he started his acting career in 1998, despite being a lawyer .

He revealed that when he was at the Institute of Management and Technology (IMT), Enugu, he saw many top actors, and during that period, the movie Ikuku was produced. It inspired him to become an actor.

A filmmaker Afam Okereke introduced him to Nollywood and advised him to attend auditions. He did and bagged a role in the blockbuster movie Evil Men in 1998 and it changed his perception of life. He recalled other actors in the film are Pete Edochie, Liz Benson, and Zack Orji, among others.

In a podcast with media personality, Chude Jideonwo, Aki said he believes being brilliant enhances the dream of everyone to be who they desire.
