Famous Nigerian singer, Adekunle Gold who is married to songstress, Simi has taken to social media to express his heartfelt gratitude to Olamide for giving him a chance to break into the music industry.
Adekunle Gold, who started as a graphic designer disclosed that he designed the YBNL logo and eventually became a part of the YBNL family.
In his post, Adekunle Gold wrote on the microblogging site, X:
“Thank you @olamide for giving that young graphic designer the chance to not only design the YBNL logo but to be a part of your family.”
Olamide, touched by the gesture, responded with a warm message, saying: “Fam for life 🙏🏾❤️”
Adekunle Gold then took to his official page on the photo and video sharing platform, Instagram to appreciate his fans on how they changed his life 8 years ago after acknowledging his songs.
The father of one said he always knew he had a special gift and he wanted everyone to hear it. He wrote:
“All I had was a dream.
I knew I had a special gift and I said to myself, “the world must hear this, they must know my name, these stories I have to share must mean something to people, these songs must find a home in people’s hearts” 8 years ago, my life changed forever!
