Comedian and Skitmaker Denilson Igwe has made fresh claims that his former collaborator, Mark Angel, spread false information about his death following their fallout.
During a recent episode of ‘The Honest Bunch’ podcast, Denilson Igwe revealed that Angel had told people he passed away, even going as far as creating a video about it.
Denilson Igwe recalled Mark Angel saying, ‘Denilson don die o!‘ when asked about his well-being.
Denilson Igwe also mentioned that someone had contacted him to confirm whether he was indeed dead.
“He [Mark Angel] told people that I’ve died. There’s a video he made about it. He said, ‘Denilson don die o!’ When they asked him, he said I was dead.
“I was shocked when someone called me recently to ask if I was really dead. Obviously, I reassured them that I am very much alive,” Denilson Igwe said.
He also hinted that Mark Angel’s other collaborators, Emmanuella and Success, may also come forward in the future to discuss their experiences with him.
As of now, Mark Angel has not responded to Igwe’s allegations.
The comedian has earlier staged protest against Mark Angel.
The content creator took to social media to express his discontent, carrying a pink placard with the message, ‘Say no to intellectual property.
This protest comes amidst a backdrop of several allegations that Denilson has made against Angel in recent weeks.
Denilson has been vocal about his dissatisfaction with Mark Angel, accusing him of intellectual theft and unfair treatment.
In his social media post, Denilson went further by making a provocative comparison, stating that some people in the industry were “worse than Hitler.”
This controversial comment that has sparked significant debate among his fans and followers.
