- Chinwe felt unsupported by Zion during a disagreement with other housemates and regretted entering the show with him instead of her friend.
- She claimed she sponsored their entry for the show, stressing that Zion needs the Grand prize more than her
Big Brother Naija Season 9 contestant, Chinwe, has expressed her frustration with her partner at the reality show, Zion, threatening to end their relationship.
Chinwe and fellow housemate, Onyeka had engaged in a fight last night.
The confrontation nearly escalated into a physical fight but was defused when Chinwe’s partner, Zion, intervened and pulled her away.
Chinwe who was upset that Zion did not support her during the fight, suggested ending their relationship and leaving the show.
She mentioned that she funded both of their entries into the show, and felt bad for not bringing her best friend instead of Zion.
During a conversation with fellow housemate, DJ Flo, on Thursday night, Chinwe stated that she and Zion are not compatible and that he needs the show’s exposure more than she does.
She claimed she can earn the show’s N100 million cash prize on her own before December.
In her words:
“I am tired and frustrated, I should have come here with my bestie. Now I know we are not compatible, I’m done and sick of it. I feel betrayed. Immediately I go upstairs we will pack our bags and we go home.
“From the first audition video we shot, I put it on my head. I paid for all the expenses, I paid for the ticket that brought us here. All he did was to make himself available. And now we are here, he’s throwing me under the bus to please others.
“Zion needs this platform more than I do. How much is the money? I’ll make the BBN cash prize before December. We’re breaking up today.”
