- Do2dtun has shared his opinion on the ongoing feud between the Psquare brothers, Peter and Paul Okoye.
- The media personality on X and Instagram shared a lengthy note while staying on the fence regarding the matter.
- He however noted that one of the most irreparable fights are those with family involved, who don’t have a mind of their own.
Media personality Do2dtun has weighed in on famous twin brothers Peter and Paul Okoye, known as Psquare’s fallout.
It is no longer news that the famous twins have fallen out again. Addressing the fallout in an open letter to his twin, Peter told Paul he is not in any competition with him or anyone. He stated that seeing him grant several interviews, constantly discrediting his efforts in the group they both created and built speaks volumes.
The father of two noted how Paul, rather than joining forces with him to reclaim their number one spot in the music industry, chose to team up with their elder brother, Jude Okoye, to marginalise and humiliate him. Peter Okoye further claimed that he never reported Paul to EFCC, rather their elder brother Jude who was embezzling money was reported.
Taking to his Instagram page, Do2dtun stated that sometimes the reason why issues never gets resolved is because of the fear of disappointing others involved.
The media personality said it can be difficult for a fight to get be resolved if the parties involved don’t make up their mind to fix.
He avowed that the reason why a fight lasts longer is often because one party doesn’t have a mind of their own. Do2dtun added that one could love and wish two people to be together but should also accept when they don’t want to be together.
He wrote in part:
“Sometimes the reason why issues never get solved is cos of the fear of disappointing the people who bought your fight when you were upset or grieving. Fighting is not just the two people but the external forces involved. Especially if the external force is the family.
A fight that can never be resolved is a fight you can’t make up your mind to fix, damn the consequences and cut away the people that contributed to it. The reason why a fight lasts longer is most times, one party doesn’t have a mind of their own.
You can love and wish two people to be together, but you also have to love them with the same energy when don’t want to be together or when they make mistakes. Love is not conditional”.
“YOU CAN’T COMFORT THE AFFLICTED WITHOUT AFFLICTING
THE COMFORTABLE.No family is what it seems from the outside. Yours is not perfect either, but we feel we need accountability when it’s people we love, but at the end, why don’t we love them for what they created, not mistakes or decisions they made?”.
