Moet Abebe Shares Observations on Cultural Differences in Male Behavior

Moet Abebe noted that, in her observation, men from these cultures are more open to approaching women regardless of their social status or occupation. In contrast, she believes that Nigerian men tend to be more class-conscious and may be hesitant to engage with women from different backgrounds.

She highlighted the differing attitudes towards relationships, suggesting that UK men focus on getting to know someone, whereas Nigerian men often prioritize material possessions and financial security.

She said:

“A man from Nigeria wouldn’t speak to a lady who he doesn’t feel like he was on the same level with.

However, in the UK, an Uber driver or a guy who works in Macdonald wouldn’t mind approaching a classy lady, even if she were holding an expensive Gucci bag.

There is a process in getting to know these men, but in Nigeria, a man is measured by what they can offer to their woman, the kind of car they drive and how much money they make.”

In another story, Moet Abebe revealed why she’s still single at 34.

The actress bemoaned that most guys “don’t have sense,” adding that she hasn’t yet met a “sensible man.”

She unmasked the societal pressures that often confine women, prioritizing her happiness and self-growth over settling with just any man, while challenging the stereotypes imposed upon women to nurture a grown man.
