Nigerian music icon, Innocent Ujah Idibia, popularly known as 2baba, has weighed in on the ongoing feud between the Okoye siblings, involving music duo Psquare (Paul Okoye and Peter Okoye) and their elder brother, Jude Okoye.

The long-standing dispute, which has been a subject of public interest, revolves around unresolved issues related to their music business.

In a recent interview with City FM, Rudeboy (Paul Okoye) announced the latest separation of Psquare, alleging that his brother, Peter (Mr P), had filed a petition with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) accusing him and Jude of financial misappropriation of Psquare funds. However, Peter responded with an open letter, sharing his side of the story and claiming that Paul and Jude had conspired to tarnish his image. He further alleged that Jude had secretly formed a company with his wife to divert Psquare’s finances.

Jude, the former manager and director of Psquare, addressed the group’s split and royalties in an Instagram live session, refuting Peter’s claims.

Amidst the ongoing feud, 2baba took to his Instagram story to share a remixed version of Psquare’s hit song “Forever,” accompanied by a heartfelt message.

He expressed his love and support for the trio.

He wrote:

2baba’s reaction was trailed by a variety of comments from netizens who queried him about the fallout and split of his former music group, Plantashun Boiz and others who also expressed love for Psquare.
