Former Big Brother Naija housemate Rhuthee has shared a personal experience of getting pregnant at the age of 16.
In a recent interview, She described this period as the most challenging time in her life due to the harsh criticism she faced from others who didn’t know her story.
Rhuthee, now 32, revealed that she still experiences stigmatization.
She highlighted the importance of not seeking validation from everyone and instead embracing natural connections with others.
Rhuthee said:
“When I was pregnant at 16, it was the most challenging phase of my life because people judged me for not even knowing my story. And till today, I still have to deal with it, even when I know now that I’m blessed beyond measure because my daughter is the best thing that ever happened to me.
“You don’t have to be loved by everyone; you don’t have to put yourself in a position where you have to draw attention or some sort of bond with people. I feel it should be natural because a lot of people were against me even without knowing my story.”
In another story, evicted housemate, Rhuthee said that if she had survived Sunday’s eviction, Biggie’s house would’ve been on fire.
Rhuthee expressed her intention to challenge the current state of things, hinting that her presence would have led to a more dramatic events in the house.
She mentioned that she had warned Biggie about the potential consequences of her survival, jokingly suggesting that extra security measures would have been necessary.
“Wanni and Handi are lucky. I told Biggie that if I survive last Sunday’s eviction, he should keep seven ninjas on the right and seven ninjas to the left because his house would be on fire,” she said.
