How my only brother gave me one of his kidneys – TG Omori opens up on battling acute health issues
  • Nigerian music director, TG Omori has shared a disturbing health update regarding his battle with kidney failure.
  • Taking to his X handle, he revealed his brother donated a kidney to save his life.
  • The transplant occurred on August 26, 2024. 

Nigerian music director and cinematographer, ThankGod Omori Jesam, popularly known as TG Omori or Boy Director, has shared a heartwarming and emotional update about his health condition.

In a recent post on his official X handle, TG Omori revealed that his only brother selflessly donated one of his kidneys to him, saving his life.

He revealed this late on Tuesday, 27th August, stating that the kidney transplant surgery took place on Monday, August 26, 2024.

With immense gratitude, he wrote, “Yesterday, my only brother gave me one of his kidneys so I could live again.”

In addition to this poignant post, TG Omori also shared pictures of himself in the hospital, receiving oxygen and undergoing treatment.

He captioned these images with a heartfelt plea, “Keep my spirit alive. I don’t wanna die.”
