The celebrated artist, known for his hit song “Oliver Twist,” took to the streets of Lagos to promote his latest album, The Entertainer D’Sequel, in a unique and engaging way.
On the same day that the Lagos Rail Mass Transit (LRMT) Blue Line celebrated its official opening, D’banj delivered his surprise performance.
His impromptu concert began at the Leventis bus stop and continued as he traveled to the Marina train station and the National Theatre station.
Throughout the journey, passengers greeted the singer with enthusiasm. A heartwarming video captured D’banj dancing with an elderly woman and leading a sing-along of one of his new tracks.

In a recent interview on TVC’s ‘Your View‘, the singer revealed that while female fans may throw themselves at him, he remains oblivious to their advances.
