Nigerian rapper, singer and songwriter, Raoul John Njeng-Njeng, better known by his stage name Skales, has publicly called out Green Africa airline after allegedly losing N15 million following a flight cancellation.
In a video shared on Instagram, Skales expressed his frustration, explaining that he arrived early at the airport for his scheduled flight, only to be informed that it had been cancelled because the pilot was unwell.
The singer, who was en route to Akure for a performance, expressed disbelief at the situation. He noted his disappointment, as he had been booked to perform and stood to lose a significant amount of money due to the cancellation.
In the post’s caption, Skales wrote:
“Wow! I booked a flight to Akure… got to the airport early, checked in, and suddenly, you cancel the flight because your pilot is sick?
“This is unbelievable. I have lost money (I was paid N15 million by @seyivodi, for f*** sake) because of your horrible customer service. Did you know all along that your pilot was sick, or is this some kind of sick joke? You waited until flight time to inform us. I just can’t believe this. This country, man… we go see.”

Meanwhile, Skales won’t be the first to call out an airline, Nigerian actress Nkechi Blessing in July called out a popular airline for lack of professionalism.
The movie star on her Instagram page cussed out Airpeace for rescheduling her flight twice, without prior notice.
Nkechi Blessing added that it’ll be the sixth time that such had happened to her.
