“What’s wrong with the two of you?” – Akpororo furiously slams Verydarkman, Mr Jollof in blunt video call-out

Akpororo's message is clear: There’s no victory in an online argument, no winner in a digital shouting match between two grown men who’ve lost sight of what it means to be respectable and dignified. Every dirty insult they hurl at one another does nothing but lower their stature in the eyes of those watching

Ace comedian Bowoto Jephthah Oluwatiseyifumi Tanimola, famously known as Akpororo, has waded into the fiery online clash between two major figures—Freedom Okpetoritse Atsepoyi, better known as Mr Jollof, and media personality Martins Otse, aka Verydarkman (VDM).

What started as a war of words between the pair quickly escalated into a dirty mudslinging match that pulled their families into the mess, leaving the internet reeling in shock.

Mr Jollof, furious with VDM’s relentless digs at celebrities, threw his own verbal grenades, going as far as claiming that VDM’s mother had failed in raising him properly.

Verydarkman didn’t hold back either, firing back with an even more scandalous claim that Mr Jollof’s wife is the “real husband” in the house and accusing her of sleeping with powerful men to secure Mr Jollof’s position as the Senior Special Adviser to Governor Sheriff Oborevwori of Delta State on New Media.

As the beef continued to heat up, it caught the attention of entertainment bigwigs, including Akpororo, who couldn’t stay on the sidelines.

Taking to his Instagram page, the visibly irritated comedian blasted both Jollof and VDM for behaving like they were in a high school brawl, calling out their petty insults and publicly shaming them for dragging their families into the chaos.

Akpororo didn’t mince words, mocking them for acting like bickering women and challenging them to settle their differences like real men—face-to-face, and not behind their phones.

In a cheeky move, Akpororo even suggested that they meet up in Abuja, where both men reside, to square up physically and settle the score once and for all. He teased that he could easily set the stage for the showdown at his upcoming show.
