The 54-year-old rapper, was taken into custody on Monday and was ordered by U.S. Magistrate Judge Robyn Tarnofsky to remain in jail while awaiting trial.

In a statement to TMZ, Diddy’s attorney, Marc Agnifilo, emphasized that the rapper is not suicidal.
After spending six hours with Diddy at the facility on Thursday, Agnifilo described him as “healthy, strong, confident, and focused on his defense.”
“[He’s] not at all suicidal. He was healthy, strong, confident and focused on his defense,” Agnifilo said.
