- VeryDarkMan had shared an audio of Bobrisky claiming she bribed some EFCC officials with N15 million to drop the money laundering charge against her.
- Bobrisky would later deny the bribery claim, arguing that the recording was “fake”.
- The crossdresser’s denial came after the EFCC invited her and VeryDarkMan over the allegations.
Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, has expressed frustration over Bobrisky’s absence at the ongoing House of Representatives probe panel.
The panel is investigating bribery allegations against Nigerian Correctional Service and Economic and Financial Crimes Commission officials.
WITHIN NIGERIA reported that the House of Representatives summoned key individuals, including the EFCC Chairman, Nigerian Correctional Service Comptroller General, Bobrisky, VeryDarkMan, and officers involved in Bobrisky’s naira abuse prosecution.
In a letter, Lead Chairman Hon Ginger Onwusibe addressed the corruption allegations against the EFCC and Nigeria Correctional Services on Friday.
VeryDarkMan, currently before the House of Representatives joint committee, criticized Bobrisky’s absence.
When asked to speak, VeryDarkMan said, “Today I will not say anything because an invitation was given out to me and Bobrisky but he is not here, I don’t see why I will be here and he will not so I won’t say anything but my lawyer will.”
