- On-Air-Personality, Do2dtun, has shared how he feels about the ongoing rift between singers Davido and Wizkid.
- According to the presenter, anytime both singers choose to drop their songs, their fans will still listen, and they will make money.
- He noted that though rivalry is common in the music industry, Davido and Wizkid’s case had extended for too long
On-Air-Personality Oladotun Ojuolape Kayode, aka Do2dtun, has shared his take on the fight between singers Ayo Balogun, professionally known as Wizkid, and David Adeleke, better known as Davido.
Wizkid stirred controversy by taking a swipe at fellow artiste Davido.
Wizkid, who made it clear that he doesn’t associate with “wack” artists, described Davido as a man lacking in talent.
Going a step further, he gave Davido a new name, “Frogido” while boldly claiming that no one could touch him “till infinity.”
Reacting to the ongoing feud, popular on-air personality Do2dtun voiced his frustration. He labeled the Wizkid-Davido feud as “the longest rivalry in the history of Nigerian entertainment” and expressed tiredness over the long-standing feud.
“We are tired!” Do2dtun exclaimed.
“Give or take, we are all going to wake up to good music. Trust me, even if they both drop [music], everyone still wins. We are all just going to fight on their behalf for no reason, still going to dance to it, and they bank it. No losses. I just wish this could end one day.”
Asides beef with Davido, Wizkid made social media headlines after he told a female fan he is married with kids, shooing her from getting too close.
It all took place at the Grammy-winning musician’s ladies-only party, which took place in London on October 1.
A video from the event made the rounds on social media, showing Wizkid being surrounded by several female fans. However, one of the ladies seemed to get extraordinarily close to the star boy.
