BBNaija housemate Kellyrae has secured a significant advantage ahead of the Big Brother Naija Season 9 grand finale, triumphing over fellow finalist Wanni by securing a staggering 232,500 free votes on Facebook.
The votes were awarded after a popular Facebook page organized a poll promising free votes to the housemate who garnered the most support.
Within just 24 hours, the two contestants dominated the chart, separated by only a slim margin as they vied for the top spot.
Despite hours of intense competition, Kellyrae emerged victorious, outpacing Wanni and six other contestants to claim the free votes.
The Facebook page, which had organized the poll, officially confirmed Kellyrae’s win and announced that the 232,500 votes would be allocated to him ahead of the grand finale.
In their statement, the organizers congratulated Kellyrae and confirmed that proof of the votes would be posted on Saturday morning after the official voting process was completed.
The statement reads:
