In a video message, Kachi advised Kellyrae to invest in real estate, specifically in Lekki, Lagos state, and to focus on buying land in the heart of the city.
Kachi suggested that Kellyrae could sell the land later when its value appreciates, potentially increasing his capital within a year.
He also noted the decline in the value of dollar in the Nigerian market, highlighting how the prize money has decreased in value since Kellyrae’s time in the Big Brother house.
While Kellyrae has expressed plans to invest his prize money and pursue his music career, Kachi cautioned against focusing on music, citing the challenges faced by previous Big Brother Naija stars in that field.
