Rapper Tochukwu Gbubemi Ojogwu, popularly known as Odumodublvck has warned Nigerian artistes against “hating” Grammy-winning singer, Wizkid.
Speaking in a recent interview with content creator, Elsie in Toronto, Canada, the ‘Wotowoto Seasoning’ crooner said hating Wizkid is self-sabotage.
He said personally, he wouldn’t be offended if he featured Wizkid on his album and he didn’t post it on social media.
Odumodublvck added that many artistes behave like they are doing their colleagues a favour by featuring on a song. In Odumodublvck’s words:
“There some artistes that when you release music with them, they look as if they are doing you a favour.
“I’ve never released music and asked the artiste that I featured to post it. I don’t care if you promote it. You’ve done the most important thing by giving me a verse.”
“If Wizkid gives me a verse and my album comes and he doesn’t post about it, I will not be angry. If you start hating on Wizkid Machala, you lose.”
