“Any girl that loves you shouldn’t ask you for money” – Yhemo Lee

Yhemo Lee Shares His Perspective on True Love

Nigerian singer and socialite Yhemo Lee has shared his thoughts on what constitutes true love.

In a Snapchat post, he advised men that a genuine display of affection from a partner shouldn’t involve requests for financial support.

He instead believes that true love is demonstrated through acts of giving, not receiving.

According to Yhemo Lee, a woman who truly loves a man should be willing to show her affection through gestures like giving money, rather than asking for it.

He wrote:

Any girl wey love you no suppose dey ask you for money. Na she suppose dey give you. That’s love”.

Yhemo Lee and his wife, Thayour recently held a lavish white wedding in Lagos .

Videos circulating on social media on Thursday, September 5, show the couple exuding elegance in their stunning all-white attire.

Yhemo Lee wore a white tailcoat, paired with black trousers and sleek black shoes adorned with silver accents.

While Thayour wore a white wedding gown, completing her look with jewelries.

The actor’s groomsmen complemented the scene in stylish powder-blue suits, each tailored in unique designs.

Among them were well-known figures such as Rahaman Jago, Poco Lee, White Lion, and King Manny.

On August 31, the couple tied the knot in a traditional ceremony which was a talk-of-the-town event graced by numerous prominent personalities.

The groom was dressed in Agbada while his bride rocked a sassy traditional outfit that made her look glamorous.
