- Life coach Solomon Buchi slams Pastor Tobi Adegboyega for clubbing with Davido, deeming it incompatible with his religious role.
- Buchi argued that Adegboyega’s actions tarnishes the pastoral title’s credibility.
- He advised Tobi Adegboyega to dive fully into enjoying worldly things rather than mixing it with Jesus.
Life coach and media personality, Solomon Buchi recently expressed his disapproval of Pastor Tobi Adegboyega’s lifestyle, particularly his association with celebrities like Davido and their clubbing activities.
Buchi’s criticism came in response to Adegboyega being seen in a nightclub with Davido and his associates, an environment typically considered incompatible with the image of a religious leader.
In his statement, Buchi condemned Adegboyega’s behaviour, declaring that Tobi Adegboyega is not a pastor.
He emphasized that the actions of Adegboyega, especially his luxurious and secular lifestyle, are far different from the expectations typically placed on someone who holds the title of a pastor.
According to Buchi, this blending of worldly things and religious leadership is not only misleading but damaging to the credibility of the pastoral role.
He went on to advise Adegboyega to embrace his affluent lifestyle fully without attempting to merge it with his religion.
He wrote:
“Tobi Adegboyega is definitely not a pastor. Such a shame to the office of a pastor. You can’t be a pastor and be like that. He should just drive his luxury cars and club and enjoy his Gucci. Stop mixing it with Jesus”.

In another report, Solomon Buchi fired at media personality Daddy Freeze for his constant criticism of Pastor Jerry Eze and other clergymen.
Buchi’s reaction comes after Pastor Eze celebrated his 42nd birthday by building 18 houses for widows and providing N100 million in business grants to young people.
Taking to his X handle, Buchi questioned Daddy Freeze’s own philanthropic efforts, asking how many houses he has built for widows or how many grants he has given to young people.
He emphasized that life is more than just appearances and eloquence, suggesting that Freeze’s criticism of pastors is unfounded.
Buchi also defended Pastor Eze’s right to material blessings, stating that he has worked hard to raise a prayer culture and should be able to enjoy the fruits of his labor without guilt.
He criticized those who call Pastor Eze a fraudster, challenging them to lead people in prayer if it’s easy.
Furthermore, Buchi argued that pastors shouldn’t be driven by money, but if they’re blessed materially, they should enjoy it without guilt.
He emphasized that theological differences shouldn’t lead to criticism of everything.
Buchi concluded by stating that Pastor Eze’s philanthropic efforts are probably just the tip of the iceberg, as pastors often give without seeking public recognition.
He challenged Daddy Freeze to examine his own actions and questioned whether he has built anything or helped anyone.
