Verydarkman reacts after name appeared on Gistlovers’ list of gay celebrities
  • Media personality, VeryDarkMan responds to Gistlover’s claim of him being gay.
  • The activist whose name appeared on the 3rd batch made a caricature of the blog, daring it to come up with proof.

Controversial activist, Vincent Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has reacted to a list of alleged gay celebrities published by the anonymous blog, Gistlover which had his name included.

This third list from the blog, which names prominent Nigerian figures reportedly involved in same-sex relationships, included celebrities like Burna Boy, Poco Lee, Flavour, and Odumeje, with VeryDarkMan himself among those mentioned.

Taking to his Instagram, VDM humorously addressed the allegations, commenting on each name listed and sharing his opinions on the accusations.

VDM went on to criticize those he suspects are behind the Gistlover blog, shading actresses Tonto Dikeh and Iyabo Ojo.

Hinting further, VDM stated that he and Tonto Dikeh used to attend the same gym and added that he wasn’t interested in her due to her character and surgically enhanced body.

VDM also took a jab at Iyabo Ojo, although he refrained from saying much about her, hinting that further comments might spark unnecessary online backlash.

Verydarkman also addressed actress Halima Abubakar’s previous dispute with Apostle Johnson Suleman. He recalled how Gistlover once posted about the actress’s allegations against the preacher, adding that the blog aimed to blackmail him for money. VDM concluded his remarks by challenging Gistlover to present concrete evidence backing up its list of alleged gay celebrities.

He said in part:

“To the person wey get this blog, I know say you get son. And your co-pilot, that one get daughter. The one wey get son, if no be say because of your character, normally I suppose don knack you, because our two dey go the same gym before but because of your character and I get problem with rubber yansh, I like authentic things, if not, you sef don suppose comot pant. And the one wey get daughter, If I talk now, everybody go cry for my head, make I no talk. Dem go say I say I wan knack mama and pikin together, make I just leave them. Gistlover, I know you’re struggling to come back.”
