Here’s what I’ll do if Tinubu fails to release the imprisoned kids this Tuesday – Verydarkman fumes (VIDEO)

This determined step, he emphasized, is not merely about freeing these boys but challenging a government he feels has disregarded the rights and welfare of its most defenseless citizens

Renowned Nigerian activist Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM), has issued a bold ultimatum to President Bola Tinubu’s administration in his latest video, drawing a line in the sand over the fate of a group of underaged boys he claims have been unjustly detained.

In a powerful message, VDM revealed his growing outrage over the boys’ continued imprisonment, expressing his frustration at the government’s silence and threatening to take matters into his own hands if immediate action isn’t taken.

Earlier reports by WITHIN NIGERIA highlighted VDM’s own recent ordeal, where he was recently held in police custody and witnessed firsthand the minors’ plight. According to VDM, these boys—some as young as 11 and no older than 15—have been languishing in a police cell for a staggering 93 days, allegedly arrested simply for flying the Russian flag.

He recounted their suffering, noting how these young detainees were denied bail due to their inability to meet harsh bail conditions, a reality he described as heart-wrenching and unjust.

The situation took a turn when the Police Force Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, publicly disputed VDM’s claims, asserting that the minors involved were part of the “End Bad Governance” protest and that none were below 13 years of age. Adejobi also stated that these young protesters, reportedly 72 in total, include both minors and adults, implying a legal basis for their detention.

On Sunday, November 3, a fired-up VeryDarkMan took to Facebook, laying bare his sleepless nights over the fate of young boys he claims are languishing in detention, malnourished and forgotten.

Dismissing Police PRO Muyiwa Adejobi’s assertion that most of these detainees are adults, VDM fired back with conviction, saying he had personally shared a cell with them and knows they are indeed minors.

VeryDarkMan added that if Tinubu and his government fail to take action to release the boys by Tuesday, he will launch a GoFundMe campaign to raise the necessary funds for their bail.

He passionately called on his followers to support this urgent mission, emphasizing that he will not stand by idly while these innocent children continue to suffer.
