Nigerian activist, Martins Vincent Otse, popularly known as Verydarkman recently posted a video in reaction to Prophet Jeremiah Omoto Fufeyin’s latest products on sale.
The prophet had advertised a golden spoon and some sugar, claiming they would bring sweetness to people’s lives if they purchased them.
In his reaction, Verydarkman clarified that he doesn’t believe the prophet is committing any crime by selling these items. However, he raised questions about the product’s approval process, asking if the sugar had passed through any regulatory body before being sold.
In the video, Verydarkman humorously shared his intention to buy the golden spoon himself. He even mentioned he would send someone to purchase and try it, eager to see if the product lives up to its promises.
With a touch of scepticism, he challenged the prophet, warning that if the spoon failed to deliver the promised effects, he would consider taking legal action against him.
Verydarkman also speculated that the reason behind Prophet Omoto’s new product line might be that previous items hadn’t achieved their intended results. He recalled the prophet’s history of selling various items, such as water, towels, handkerchiefs, and oils, claiming these would bring blessings to buyers.
In his words:
“He is not breaking the law. But you have previously advertised towel, soap, oil, water. The reason you are advertising the new things is because he old ones didn’t work.,
I saw the suger. Have you passed through a regulatory body? Hope it will not damage our liver?”
Captioning the video, VDM wrote:
