Nollywood actress Tawa Ajisefini has opened up about the things she passed through before she became a mother.
Tawa Ajisefini was a guest on Biola Bayo’s podcast, where she spoke about her marriage and growing up. According to her, she was trolled online anytime she shared a post where she looked happy. Critics will call her barren and use her situation to taunt her.
Tawa Ajisefini said she didn’t face pressure from her husband nor her in-laws but from netizens whose hurtful words brought tears to her eyes.
In the clip, the mother of one noted that she got married as a virgin at the age of 30.
The movie star added that she doesn’t like men and stayed away from having a relationship till she was 30 years old.
Tawa Ajisefini also spoke about her dad who she first met when she was eight years old, and didn’t see him again till she clocked 30.
She mentioned that she met Funke Akindele when she graduated from school and worked as her assistant. The movie star added that Akindele helped her to produce a movie.
