Verydarkman to Davido: “I’ve reported Ubi Franklin’s scams to you before, and he’s still at it” (VIDEO)

Verydarkman seems set on exposing what he sees as the truth, with or without Davido’s intervention. As the clock ticks down to Tuesday, the online world watches, waiting to see if Ubi Franklin will rise to the challenge or if the promised storm will erupt

In a fresh storm of controversy, online activist Vincent Martins Otse, better known as Verydarkman (VDM), has once again taken aim, and this time his target is none other than Ubi Franklin, the well-known Nigerian talent manager and close associate of superstar Davido.

With a fiery Instagram reveal, Verydarkman accused Ubi of conning a man out of N10 million—a betrayal he claims was made possible by Ubi’s close ties to the superstar couple, Davido and Chioma.

In a scathing exposé, Verydarkman recounted how Ubi allegedly used his well-publicized connection with Davido to lure in investors, creating a sense of false security among his victims.

One such victim, according to Verydarkman, was a man who placed his trust—and a whopping N10 million—into Ubi’s hands, expecting lucrative returns.

VDM said when the contract’s expiration in June rolled around, Ubi, instead of fulfilling his obligations, reportedly vanished from communication, dodged his financial responsibilities.

Verydarkman didn’t come empty-handed. He shared damning evidence in the form of WhatsApp conversations and voice notes, where Ubi was supposedly heard pleading for extra time, asking for a grace period to return the money. But those promises, according to the activist, were nothing but empty words, as the man remains unpaid, and Ubi’s credibility continues to hang by a thread.

In a bold move, Verydarkman issued a strict deadline: Ubi has until Tuesday to repay the full amount, or face the consequences.

The activist averred that he is ready to launch a full-scale war of words, pledging to expose every secret and shady dealing he knows about Ubi.

Verydarkman made sure his message hit home by tagging Davido in the Instagram post, airing his frustration and reminding the singer that he had previously raised alarms about Ubi’s behavior.

He openly questioned how a man with such alleged dubious dealings could remain in the singer’s trusted circle.

Verydarkman wrote;

“I cannot understand how ubi franklin a manager under 30bg is out here $c@mm!ng people

“I have reported him to you before,anyways ubi franklin you have til| Tuesday to pay up.”

This isn’t the first time Verydarkman (VDM) has taken aim at Ubi Franklin.

Back in January 2024, VDM didn’t hold back, branded Ubi a “thief” who shamelessly used Davido’s star power to prey on aspiring musicians.
