- Kalybos elaborated that his marriage to his wife was motivated by her money and British passport.
- He refuted the idea that prolonged relationships necessitate marriage.
Ghanaian actor Kalybos recently appeared on the Girls Aloud Podcast, where he openly discussed his marriage and the public’s perception of his motivations.
He acknowledged the widespread speculation that he married his current wife for financial gain and a British passport.
“I married my wife for money and a British passport, just as everyone is saying,” he remarked with sarcasm
Kalybos shared his thoughts on relationships and marriage, stating that a long-term commitment does not necessarily mean one should settle with their partner.
He reflected on a past relationship with his former girlfriend, Frimpomaa, and acknowledged that despite their serious commitment, he did not consider her a suitable life partner.
“Being in a relationship for a longer period doesn’t mean you have to settle with the person no matter what.”
However, he noted that he is yet to obtain a British passport, implying that the criticism may be unfounded.
