Meanwhile, Grammy-winning Nigerian singer, Ayo Balogun, popularly known as Wizkid has reacted after his newly released single, “Kese” (Dance) which disappeared from Apple Music’s Top 100 chart, on Monday, November 18, 2024, resurfaced nearly seven hours later.

The sudden disappearance sparked speculation about the reason behind the removal. Industry insiders suggest that Apple Music’s strict policies against streaming manipulation may have triggered the temporary takedown.

This would mean that the song’s streams were deducted before its return to the chart.
However, some attribute the brief absence to a technical glitch on Apple Music’s end.

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the incident, one thing is clear: “Dance” retained enough organic streams to reclaim its top spot upon its return.

After it resurfaced, charting at No 1, Wizkid took to the X platform to react.
