- Singers Rema and Seun Kuti are set to trill at the upcoming 2025 Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival.

Nigerian singer, Divine Ikubor, popularly known as Rema, is set to make his debut at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2025.
Afrobeat star, Seun Kuti will also be returning for the festival which will take place in April.
Ghanaian singer, Amaarae and South Africa’s Tyla are the other African artistes billed for the event, according to the recently released digital flier by the organisers.
Lady Gaga, Green Day, Post Malone, and Travis Scott will be headlining the event. It will be held over two weekends with several elite names from the global music scene becoming part of its noteworthy line-up.
The Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, commonly known as Coachella is a yearly festival in California, USA, with over 125,000 thousand people in attendance.
It is dubbed the world’s biggest music and arts festival.
Seun Kuti was the first Nigerian artist to perform at the global music festival in 2012, followed by Mr. Eazi and Burna Boy in 2019, Ckay in 2022, and Tems earlier this year.
The festival will span two weekends, with Gaga kicking off the festivities on Friday, April 11 and 18. She will be joined by performers like Seun Kuti, Missy Elliott, Lisa, FKA Twigs, Glorilla, Benson Boone, The Go-Go’s, and Three 6 Mafia.
Green Day will take the stage on Saturday, April 12 and 19, with an exciting lineup of artists including Charli XCX, Misfits, Anitta, T-Pain, LA Philharmonic, Jimmy Eat World, Alok, and Yo Gabba Gabba!
Sunday, April 13 and 20, will feature Post Malone as the headliner, following performances from Rema, Megan Thee Stallion, Zedd, Jennie, Shaboozey, Ty Dolla $ign, and others. See screenshot of Coachella’s flier below:
