Nigerian singer, Burna Boy has spoken up for the first time following the rearrest of rapper, Speed Darlington.
The singer who is currently being dragged by fans of Darlington who have accused him of oppression took to his social media to make a powerful statement.
The self-acclaimed ‘Odogwu’ shared a video where he flaunted bundles of cash ahead of December.
In the caption, Burna Boy noted that the December’s spendings would be by bundles, adding that people without bundles should hide.
By this, the award winning artiste gave an impression of being unperturbed despite the criticism against him.
Captioning the video, he wrote:
“This Onwa Dezemba na bundle by bundle. If no be bundle hide am.”

Speed Darlington was initially arrested by Burna Boy over defamatory comments a few weeks back, he insinuated that Burna Boy won a Grammy award due to his alleged romantic ties with embattled US rapper, P. Diddy.
Although he was released a few days later, Speed Darlington kept on throwing shades which resulted in a fresh arrest.
WITHIN NIGERIA reported on Wednesday morning, November 28 that the singer was rearrested on Tuesday night during his show in Owerri, the Imo State capital for allegedly cyberstalking his colleague, Damini Ogulu, alias Burna Boy.
His lawyer, Deji Adeyanju announced the latest arrest on Wednesday morning via a post on his official microblogging X page. He wrote:
“Our client Speed Darlington, a.k.a AKPI has been arrested by the Nigerian police in Owerri at his show upon return to Nigeria”.
