Actress Laide Bakare has commended Osun State Governor Ademola Adeleke as he marks his second year in office.
In a post on the photo and video sharing platform, Instagram on Wednesday, Laide Bakare who bagged an appointment with Osun government months ago praised the governor for his remarkable achievements in such a short period of time.
She expressed excitement about his upcoming projects and thanked him for his dedication and hard work. Laide Bakare wrote:
“Happy 2nd Anniversary, His Excellency @aadeleke_01! So much success in a short time! So incredible to see all that you have accomplished. I can’t wait to see what’s next for you, sir. Thank you for your leadership, inspiration, and hard work. Hope you have an Amazing day on your work anniversary. We love you dearly,”
Laide’s relationship with Governor Adeleke grew closer earlier this year when she was appointed senior special assistant to the Governor on entertainment, art, culture, and tourism.
Announcing her appointment in February, the actress described it as a new chapter in her journey, signaling her official entry into politics.
She expressed gratitude to the governor for trusting her with the role and pledged to serve the people of Osun State diligently.
