Damola emphasized that his silence should not be mistaken for weakness, clarifying that he is not one to seek unnecessary attention or publicity, but feels compelled to speak out due to the current circumstances.

The actor noted that his decision to remain silent and let things slide has been misinterpreted, stating that he is making it clear that his silence does not mean he lacks conviction or is unaware of what he is doing.

He said:

“I am not the type that chases clout, and I don’t have time for unnecessary publicity, but the way things are going at the moment now, I just need to come out and say one or two things because enough is enough. The fact that I don’t talk, I hold on to my peace and let things slide, doesn’t mean that I don’t have my truth or I don’t know what I am doing. Do you understand?”.

“ENOUGH IS ENOUGH… it’s time to come out straight and say my TRUTH”.

Few weeks ago, Damola Olatunji responded to paternity gossip surrounding him and Dayo Amusa’s newborn.

As fans gushed over Dayo Amusa’s beautiful ceremony, one bold and inquisitive fan left a provocative comment under Damola’s post, asking;

Hmm. So are you the father of the baby? This is very serious o”.

In a move that only added more fuel to the fire of speculation, he lightly and humorously agreed, simply stated;

Abi ooo, seriously serious”.
