The estate, valued at a staggering ₦2.5 billion, is situated in Ebenebe, in the capital city of Awka, Anambra State.
Blord described the move as a heartfelt gesture of respect and love for Davido’s impact in the music industry.
Blord also disclosed plans to name another estate, currently under development, in honor of Grammy award-winning artist Wizkid.
This new estate is expected to carry Wizkid’s name upon its completion.
