Nollywood actor Yul Edochie and his second wife, Judy Austin, found themselves at the centre of attention on Christmas Day after a video surfaced online.
The clip, which was reposted by celebrity vlogger Tosin Silverdam, showed Judy rushing to open the gate for Yul to drive into their house. Silverdam’s commentary accompanying the video couldn’t help but highlight the irony of the situation.
As the blogger laughed at the display, he pointed out that Judy had become Yul’s gatekeeper, a role that sparked amusement.
The situation took on a more nuanced tone, however, when Silverdam referenced the controversy surrounding Yul’s marriage to Judy. According to Silverdam, some people had noted that Judy had allegedly “stolen” Yul from his first wife, May Edochie, only to end up performing tasks typically associated with a domestic staff member.
Tosin also laughed hard at the moment Judy Austin and Yul Edochie shared a kiss in the video, adding that it was the first time he’s seen them kiss mouth-to-mouth.
He added that their stunts are merely for content.
