A local resident, Kelly Hassino, has come forward with new information regarding the relationship between Gospel singer Timileyin Ajayi and the deceased victim, Salome.
Hassino, who claims to live close to Ajayi, shared his account on Facebook, revealing that the singer and the victim had been seen together on multiple occasions.
According to Hassino, the pair would frequently visit a local joint in the neighborhood, he claimed to have witnessed them together at least six times.
Hassino also stated that he had seen Ajayi at the victim’s workplace on multiple occasions.
The man said:
“…Because for the area, we don see the guy with the girl nothing less than six times. You understand. “Them get one joint wey I no go call the name where them dey go sit down dey chill. Very close to their house. “We also get the place where the guy dey work, you understand, which I will not mention name wey dey don go there more than three times…They are actually together…”
The young man also claimed that the gospel singer, Timileyin Ajayi not only beheaded the victim but took some of her body parts.
“The question we should be asking is, who are you selling this thing to? “Who introduced you to this? “And why are you doing this?”
Late Salome’s friends had also earlier come forward to share their side of the story.
Contrary to initial reports, it has been revealed that Salome was not Oluwatimileyin’s girlfriend, rather she was kidnapped and killed.
According to a friend identified on Facebook as Alli Stephen, Salome had left her home on Sunday, January 12, 2025, to visit a friend in Karu, Nasarawa state, but unfortunately entered the wrong tricycle.
He revealed that Ajayi lied to the police while giving his statement after his arrest.
