Social media activist VeryDarkMan has expressed concerns regarding the mother of the late singer Mohbad, suggesting that she may have vital information related to her son’s death that is not being disclosed.
This observation follows her behavior during a press conference held to seek justice for Mohbad.
At the conference, tensions escalated when Mohbad’s mother confronted Nigerian actor Yomi Fabiyi because Fabiyi had made claims that Mohbad’s brother was attempting to solicit ₦3 million for a video allegedly showing a confrontation between the singer and his wife.
In response to these accusations, Mohbad’s mother defended her family, condemning Yomi Fabiyi’s remarks as disrespectful towards her only son.
In light of these interactions, VeryDarkMan posited that the emotional response exhibited by Mohbad’s mother may indicate that she is aware of critical facts surrounding her son’s tragic passing and is potentially choosing to keep this information private.
He raised questions about whether any commitments or promises may have been made to her that could account for her reticence.
Sharing his thoughts on Instagram, VeryDarkMan wrote:
“I dey look the whole Mohbad matter, i just dey observe… So Audra wan talk, him mama no gree, and she wants justice.
The mama say na so Dem do until Dem kpai Mohbad. Who kpai Mohbad? Mama since you know, tell us.
She is definitely hiding something… What has Mama been promised?”
Mohbad died on 12th September 2023, at age 27.
Mohbad was formerly signed to Naira Marley’s “Marlian Records” but departed from the label in 2022. He had gained widespread recognition for his hit singles such as “Ponmo,” “Feel Good,” and “KPK (Ko Por Ke)” in collaboration with Rexxie.
