Media personality Toke Makinwa has sent a message to singer 2Baba on Instagram following the announcement of his divorce from actress, Annie Idibia.
In an Instagram post, Toke questioned the timing of the public revelation, telling 2Baba to have considered the emotional toll it could have on Annie during this challenging period.
Toke emphasized that while no one is forced to remain in an unfulfilling situation, discretion and empathy are crucial when handling such matters. She pointed out that only a select few understand the reality of the situation behind closed doors and that airing it publicly adds unnecessary fuel to the ongoing drama.
Referencing 2Baba’s advocacy for love, Toke called on him to embody the principles he preaches, particularly by avoiding actions that could worsen the narrative surrounding Annie.
