Judy Austin’s recent ‘miserable and lonely rich person’ remark stirs up May Edochie-related speculation

Many questioned why she constantly seemed to make statements that keeps reigniting the tension surrounding Yul’s marital scandal.

For the umpteenth time, controversial actress Judy Austin, the partner of Nollywood actor Yul Edochie, caused a stir online with a post that many believe was a direct jab at his estranged wife, May Edochie.

Judy, who thrives in the eye of the storm, recently took to Instagram to flaunt her happiness, revealed that she had been on a honeymoon, basking in love and enjoyment. But it wasn’t just the honeymoon flex that got tongues wagging, it was the not-so-subtle message she attached to it.

According to Judy, Nigerian women should pray for true and genuine love just as much as they pray for money, because, in her words, “nobody wants to end up living a miserable and lonely rich life.”

That last part sent social media into a frenzy. Many saw it as a direct and calculated swipe at May Edochie, who, since walking away from her marriage to Yul, has been thriving, securing major brand deals, traveling in style, and quite literally smiling to the bank.

Leading the charge was popular blogger Tosin Silverdam, who wasted no time in calling Judy out. In a fiery video, he ripped into her audacity, questioning how someone who allegedly “snatched” another woman’s husband could now be preaching about genuine love.
