Bloody Samaritan pens potential suitors

Nigerian singer, Emoseh Khamofu, better known as Bloody Civilian has claimed that N20 million will be inadequate to date her.

She took to her verified microblogging platform, X account to make the statement which sounded like a warning to a certain admirer. The 25-year-old singer wrote:

“Thinking you can bag a dark skinned beauty like myself with 20m is delulu. Doesn’t even cover melanin tax bitch

+ harmattan hyperpigmentation tax.

“Heritage preservation tax: 100 cows

Paid directly to my ancestors (physically).”

Bloody Civilian

In January, Bloody Civilian retracted her statement hours after saying she is a lesbian, because netizens drooled over her bikini photos.

The artiste earlier took to her X page to announce her sexuality, writing, “I’m actually a lesbian. Can’t hide it anymore.”

The post quickly sparked mixed reactions, with some users accusing her of promoting “abnormality” and influencing teenagers negatively.

A critic commented, “Came to a space where we have teenagers, and you’re portraying abnormality. If you’re gay or lesbian, keep it to yourself.”

Another user speculated the announcement was a publicity stunt, writing, “Whatever project you want to drop, make sure it’s a bloody hit, if not, there might not be another chance.”

Hours later, Bloody Civilian retracted her statement, explaining the context. She tweeted:

“I’m not a lesbian. I was on a game show. But still hold your woman tight sha.”

The clarification has since drawn further attention, with some fans expressing confusion while others praised her playful attitude.
