Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, has thrown shade at music stars Davido and Asake after their loss at the 67th Grammy Awards.
The “Zazoo Zeh” crooner took to Instagram to mock the artists for not winning any awards at the prestigious event, which took place recently.
Portable claimed that despite being ignored by industry peers, the Grammy committee also failed to recognize Davido and Asake with an award.
He went further to assert that he and fellow singer Naira Marley are more deserving of such global recognition.
The singer also expressed confidence in his craft, stating that his song “Tony Montana” is international and worthy of a Grammy win.
