Na BTS – reactions as Rudeboy mocks Nollywood filmmakers poor editing skill [VIDEO]

• Rudeboy has mocked filmmakers in the Nigerian movie industry for releasing substandard movies.
• The singer posted a clip from a movie that saw a very glaring goof which was not cut out before the movie was released on a streaming platform.
• Rudeboy’s call-out was acknowledged by many in the comment section of the post who cautioned filmmakers against releasing movies that do not tick all the right boxes.

Singer Paul Okoye, popularly known as Rudeboy, has called out Nollywood filmmakers over their mediocrity in the industry.

The singer in an Instagram story post shared a clip from a Nollywood movie, pointing out a noticeable mistake.

In the video, a boom operator was clearly seen holding up a boom microphone in one of the scenes and that part was not cut out.

Rudeboy expressed his disappointment with some filmmakers for their lack of attention to detail and the poor quality of editing before the movie’s release.

While sharing the video, the singer who couldn’t resist his laughter, could be heard in the background saying, “So una shoot video finish, edit am, even microphone man put inside the video. Please, just watch. Please, tell me, who’s this person? Hahaha.”

Many shared Rudeboy’s sentiments, and urged filmmakers to do better. Others mocked the producer for doing a poor job. See video and reactions to it below:
