Former beauty queen and mother of four, Precious Chikwendu has finally broken her silence following the heavy criticism that has trailed her outing with her estranged husband, Femi Fani-Kayode.
The estranged couple caused a stir online over their attendance at a dinner party in honor of the newly elected deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Benjamin Kalu on Tuesday evening, June 13th in Abuja.
FFK shared photos of himself and Precious in matching white outfits on his Instagram page and many of the comments were displeasing.
The photos and the fact that the pair attended the event together in matching clothes shocked many who are in the know about their estranged relationship.
The former Nigerian aviation minister and Precious who share four boys got separated in 2022 after a messy breakup, with the latter accusing the former minister of all sorts, ranging from abuse. FFK also countersued over infidelity claims.
Some months back however, after a fierce custody battle as the kids have been in care of FFK, they seemingly settled out of court and on different occasions Precious has been granted access to her kids.
FFK’s post led many to believe the politician and Precious might be back together and wondered why, especially after their messy breakup and more importantly, the former has a girlfriend.
Seemingly reacting to the criticism particularly because Precious claimed she was physically and emotionally abused, she shared photos of herself from the same event but didn’t share FFK’s. She simply captioned the post “Ayo’mi”. See below:
