Davido hated for being hardworking despite rich background – Actress Liz Anjorin

Actress Liz Anjorin, speaks about the steady unfair criticism faced by Nigerian Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido.

She hailed Davido as the most industrious Nigerian singer, emphasizing that his musical achievement cannot be attributed to his rich upbringing.

Speaking in a video message uploaded on her social media page, Ajorin remarked that most people hated Davido because of his wealthy background

“You cannot tell me Davido became a superstar because of his rich father. No artist is more hardworking than Davido despite his dad being rich and that’s the reason he has so many haters” she said 

The actress chastised individuals who mocked the singer for having a husky voice, stating that despite his kind of voice, he has accomplished so much in the music world.

In another story, Liz’s senior wife opened up on how her hubby left the house and didn’t return, and how she saw his marriage with Liz Anjorin online .

Speaking in an interview with TOFARATI IGE, Folashade revealed she had a traditional marriage with her estranged husband who suddenly left home one day, only to get married to Lizzy.

On her relationship with Lateef Lawal, Liz Anjorin’s husband, Folashade said;

“He is married to me. We had both a traditional and Muslim wedding, popularly known as Nikkai, in 2017 at my father’s house in Ota, Ogun State. When I met him, he did not have any other wife in his house. He told me he had issues with the two wives (he had married earlier). I then told him that if he wanted me to marry him, he should go back to his wives (and settle their issues). And, he promised to do that. Before I met him, I already had two children, though their father is late.

As our relationship went on, I got pregnant and gave birth to our first child together, called Lateefa on May 30, 2017. I gave birth to the second child, Kadijat, on March 5, 2020, and we did not have any fight..”
