Hilda, who recently declared interest in representing Asalga/Akulga federal constituency in the House of Representatives under Labour Party has continued to intensify her support for the presidential aspirant.

On August 27, she led thousands of youths in Port Harcourt, Rivers State on a two million man-march for Obi.

The actress and others gathered at the Oil Mill Junction along Aba Road, from where they marched to Isaac Boro Park in Mile one, wearing branded Labour Party T-shirts while dancing in a carnival like atmosphere.

While declaring his support for Obi, Charly Boy promised to organise the biggest rally for him. The 72-year-old said:

“Finally, on Kakaaki today, I publicly endorsed Peter Obi. Before this month runs out I would stage the biggest rally ever.”

In June, Charly Boy said he would relocate to Ghana if either All Progressive Congress presidential candidate (APC) Bola Tinubu or Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate Atiku Abubakar wins next year’s election.

The singer also joined Peter Obi in paying a visit to Afrobeat singer Femi Kuti after the latter denied allegations of calling Obi’s supporters ‘zombies’.
