One Joy Iheanacho Maduabuchi has alleged that her missing child was given out to an unknown lady who stays in Imo state by the police and demanded that she (Joy) pays N200K for retrieval.

According to the distressed mother whose son got missing for almost four years, she came across a Facebook post that had the face of her child, found and taken to one Alakara Police Station, Idi Oro, Mushin.

The ecstatic mother dashed to the Police station to retrieve her son with proof that includes birth certificate and photographs, only to be told by the police that the child has been handed over to a stranger from Imo States who claims to be the mother.

The Police, however, assured the retrieval of the kid but at a cost of two hundred thousand naira.
