UNIBEN called out for rewarding Best Graduating Student with 3,000 Naira

On Thursday the 25th of November, 2021. The University of Benin held its 46th and 47th Convocation which also included the presentation of Prizes among others.

However, during the presentation of prizes at the school auditorium, one of the best graduating students was rewarded with just 3000 Naira, and this did not go down well with the University of Benin Students.

The University of Benin former SUG, secretary general, Comrade Lucky Abraham who was among the graduating students posted on Facebook:

“yesterday in UNIBEN, one Best graduating student was WELL REWARDED with a prize of #3000. The exact Transport fare the person used from Lagos to the Convocation ground. We move”
