Reactions have trailed the transfer move of Nigerian striker Silas Nwankwo who completed a transfer to Swedish side Mjallby AIF from Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) outfit Nasarawa United.
The 18-year-old forward has signed a contract with the Allsvenskan side that will see him stay until 2025 season. In the 2020/21 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL), Nwankwo finished as the joint-Top scorer.
The 18-year-old recorded 19 goals with eight assists along with Charles Atshimene of Akwa United as they shared the award.
However, Nigerians have taken to social media to react to the declared age of Silas whom they believe to be way older.
