A farmer in Bayelsa state has shared a video of his losses due to the massive flood that swept through the state and other parts of the country.
He lost up to 3,897 birds in his poultry and is fighting both flood and bird flu at the same time.
The farmer, who goes by the handle @IamElderson, posted videos of dead chickens in his flooded farm.
He wrote;
This is my farm in Bayelsa State. The state has been cut off. No way to bring in feeds, nor medics. We are fighting both flood and birdflu at the same time. As at yesterday, I lost 3, 897 birds. My heart is failing me. Totally depressed.
