Clara Bassey was buried after dying in a car accident while chasing her husband, Barrister Sunny Bassey, with his side chic.
Remember that the lawyer was reportedly watching her husband’s movements with his side chick when her car veered off the Murtala Muhammed Highway in Calabar and into a ditch during a hot pursuit.
Bassey, her husband, fell into a coma after learning of her death but recovered.
A family friend of the couple told reporters that Bassey regretted his actions and that the feeling of guilt appeared to have overwhelmed him.
The source said;
“We learnt that because of the shock the man went into a coma, and some of friends got him out of the house with the kids because he cannot be alone, being that not quite long he suffered from a stroke.”
Clara was reportedly buried at Old Residency Museum, Calabar, on Saturday, 19 November 2022.
