Peter Obi, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party (LP), has sparked outrage after a photo of him standing on a rock surfaced online.
WITHIN NIGERIA previously reported that Peter Obi stormed Ogun State on Saturday as part of his campaign for the 2023 elections.
Obi was in Ogun State with his running mate, Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, the Director-General of his campaign team, Akin Osuntokun, and other Labour Party chieftains.
Speaking about the oddity of the Ogun State rally, Obi took to Twitter to thank some prominent people in the state for their support.
One of the photos circulated shows the former governor of Anambra State standing on the ‘Okwute’ rock in Southwest Nigeria.
Many LP supporters regard the photo as significant and took the time to wish him luck ahead of the election.
