Why I Campaign In MarketPlaces
Meanwhile, WITHIN NIGERIA previously reported that the Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate, Peter Obi, has explained why he always takes his campaigns for the 2023 presidency to the market.
He described the markets as a place where he can reinforce his strategy of transitioning Nigeria from consumption to production and meet those who are important in achieving his goal.
Functional markets, according to Obi, are the roots, and visiting them allows him to hear the problems of traders, business people, industrialists, and farmers in order to make promises of a better time for them.
WITHIN NIGERIA reports he stated this on Monday night during a Channels TV interview.
